Bookings canceled due to COVID-19 are not eligible for a full refund. However, the 50% deposit will be retained as credit, usable for future bookings within 24 months of the cancellation date.
If your event is at a public place, it is the client’s responsibility to apply to the local council and obtain approval. Relevant documents from n Style Entertainment & Rentals are available upon request to facilitate a successful application.
