Most events continue as planned in normal outdoor conditions. However, severe weather such as heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, flooding, or other unsafe conditions may require delays, temporary closures, or rescheduling. These decisions are made solely to protect guests, staff, and equipment.

If weather conditions become unsafe before or during your event, our team will work directly with you to determine the best solution. Depending on the situation, we may adjust operating hours, pause the attraction until conditions improve, or reschedule the event to a mutually agreed date whenever possible.
